The ABBOTFORD COVE DRIVE. 

A Brief history about the house. 

Built on 1877-1878 by Sir Authur Renwick.  In 1917 the property was sold to Nestlé to built the largest chocolate factory in Southern Hemisphere   Following the closure of the factory on 1991 the site was sold to (IPM) and after years of painstaking times the Pavilion was faithfully restored to its original glory.  Ones again Abbotsford House is used as a private house.  Envirostar projects was honoured to do the whole exterior washing and painting and to be a part of the Abbotsford house  history.  The project has been inspected on April 2021 and started on June 2021. Despite the COVID19 lock down  situation Envirostar Projects has finished the job on August 2021. 

We are proud  to be part of the long history of this remarkable house.
